Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand, based on skills and interview performance)

About the Role

Blinc Media is looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor with a strong foundation in video editing tools and a keen eye for storytelling. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into short-form and long-form content such as reels, ads, and YouTube videos.
• Add basic transitions, background music, sound effects, and text overlays.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute ideas and bring concepts to life.
• Ensure brand consistency, video quality, and smooth delivery across all platforms.
• Maintain proper file management and version control for all projects.
• Stay up to date with editing trends, platform styles (e.g., Instagram Reels, Shorts), and creative ideas.

Required Skills & Tools

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic needs
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team-oriented environment
• A portfolio or sample work link (even if from internships, college projects, or personal practice) is mandatory
