TL;DR: Looking for a Video Editor who gets design, loves storytelling, and can make videos that people actually want to watch, not just scroll past. About the Role We're looking for a talented Video Editor to assist in creating high-quality video content for our brand and partner brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through video, technical editing skills, and an understanding of video production fundamentals. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. Add effects, transitions, animations, and sound to enhance video quality. Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging visual content. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. Research video trends and incorporate innovative ideas. Provide revisions and improvements based on team feedback. Requirements: -Previous experience or coursework in video editing or production. -Expertise in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software. -Solid understanding of colour correction and audio editing. Bonus points if you’ve got -Skills in animation or motion graphics. -Ability to edit videos for different formats (social media, ads, reels, etc.). -Strong storytelling skills with a creative mindset. -Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. -Ability to work independently and collaborate with a creative team.
