Video Editor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the brand or client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, websites, etc.)
• Add effects, transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and music
• Collaborate with creative teams (content writers, designers, marketers) to ensure alignment with campaign goals
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, voice-overs, dialogues, graphics, and special effects
• Review final productions for errors and ensure quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and editing techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or demo reel required)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of post-production techniques and workflows
• Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics
• Strong sense of storytelling and timing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Knowledge of video compression and delivery formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
