We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with 58 years of professional experience in editing high-quality video content for digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in post-production while also being flexible enough to support on-ground shoots when required. This role demands strong ownership, creative problem-solving, and the ability to deliver impactful content at speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and finalize videos across formats (brand films, campaign videos, reels, explainers, interviews, etc.)
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, audio balancing, graphics, and transitions
• Work closely with creative, brand, and content teams to ensure videos align with campaign goals and brand identity
• Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging formats for different platforms
• Assist during shoots with setup, camera handling, or sound as required
• Ensure smooth workflows, asset management, and timely delivery of multiple projects in parallel
• Stay updated with trends in digital-first storytelling and video formats

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in professional video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in video
• Knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics basics
• Ability to adapt content for different platforms and formats
• Hands-on experience assisting in shoots (camera, lighting, sound) is preferred
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
