Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Core Editing Work (Main Focus)
Edit daily reels for Instagram using CapCut / Premiere Pro
Clean, trim, and stitch raw footage into tightly-paced edits
Add captions, transitions, sound sync, overlays & effects
Color-correct & enhance food footage for an aesthetic output
Deliver multiple edit variations to test what performs best
Workflow Management
Maintain & organise raw clips + exported media
Create editing presets/templates to speed up workflow
Export in correct aspect ratios + file formats
Content Optimization
Study reel trends, hooks & formats - apply to edits
Suggest edits that increase retention & watch time
Track reel performance and tweak style based on analytics
Occasional Filming (Optional/Bonus)

Assist with kitchen shoots only when needed
Capture BTS, plating clips, textures, sizzling shots90% of this role is pure editing.
