Video Editing Trainer

You are a passionate and detail-oriented Video Editor with a strong teaching background sought to join our content team. Your primary responsibility will be to transform raw educational footage into engaging video lessons and interactive content for our learners. Your teaching experience is essential for ensuring clear pedagogical flow, instructional value, and clarity in the videos. Your key responsibilities will include editing various educational content such as lectures, tutorials, explainers, and promotional videos. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and teachers to uphold pedagogical quality. Moreover, you will incorporate animations, infographics, and visual effects to elevate learner engagement. It is crucial to maintain audio-video synchronization, clear visuals, and suitable formatting for different platforms like YouTube, LMS, and Mobile. Additionally, you will create intro/outro sequences, transitions, and branding elements that align with company standards. In case of necessity, you may also participate in the shooting process. Furthermore, you will be accountable for organizing and archiving video footage while ensuring version control. Your role will involve recommending improvements in delivery style and pacing based on learner requirements. Your teaching experience, proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, and similar software, as well as a strong understanding of e-learning content design and pedagogy are prerequisites for this role. To excel in this position, you must possess storytelling skills, understanding of pacing and transitions, the ability to edit multiple formats, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Moreover, your availability for both online and offline coordination is crucial. This position offers a full-time package of 6LPA or part-time compensation of 20,000 per batch.,
