Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Content Moderator, located on-site in Hyderabad. The Senior Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. The role includes analyzing content trends, providing feedback to improve moderation processes, and collaborating with technical support and customer service teams to resolve content-related issues.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret content effectively
• Strong Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and users
• Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support
• Ability to provide Training to junior moderators and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field is preferred
