Video Designer
Role Purpose: Develop engaging video content and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, internal
communications and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create video assets, animations, and motion graphics.
- Video compression, Text edits, VO Changes
- Edit raw footage (addition/deletion of content) into polished, brand-aligned videos.
- Collaborate with creative teams for storytelling concepts.
- Optimize videos for different platforms.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Secondary toolset expertise of Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign is preferred
- Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
- Knowledge of video compression formats and platform requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in any field
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a designer in an advertising agency or similar fast-paced environment.
KPIs:
- Engagement metrics (views, shares, CTR).
- Quality and creativity of video output.
- On-time delivery of video projects.
