Position - UI/UX Design Intern

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and developers to develop design concepts and user flows.
Assist in designing engaging, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with project requirements.
Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Work with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and bring fresh design perspectives.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity and design systems.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Required Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Balsamiq, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and usability standards.
Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and spacing.
Ability to create clean and functional wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
A strong Behance or Dribbble portfolio showcasing your design projects (mandatory).

Qualification & Experience Required:

Degree: Bachelors in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing final year).
Experience: Fresher or Student.
Portfolio: Must include previous design work demonstrating understanding of user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML and CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
