About the Role:

What Youll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Video Strategy & Storytelling:

  • Translate marketing goals into compelling video content strategies and storyboards.
  • Conceptualize and execute videos for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with content, design, and performance teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

AI-Led Video Creation:

  • Experiment with AI-based tools (VEO2, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT for image generation, DALL•E, etc.) to enhance video production workflows.
  • Develop reusable AI workflows for faster, smarter video creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging creative tech and video trends

Editing, Motion Graphics & Design Execution:

  • Edit high-quality videos, reels, motion graphic videos, and short-form content for social media and campaigns.
  • Curate and create motion graphic videos

    that enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Integrate current trends and creative styles seamlessly into brand videos to ensure freshness and relevance.
  • Develop and execute

    stop-motion videos

    as part of creative campaigns and product showcases.
  • Use tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva Video for execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency, pacing, tone, and visual appeal across all deliverables.

Creative Research & Moodboarding:

  • Conduct visual benchmarking and curate moodboards for campaigns.
  • Ideate on formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques that enhance engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the strategy, performance, and design teams for end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Support internal communication with engaging visual decks, showreels, and pitch videos.

What We Need:

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in video creation, editing, or digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Canva).
  • Exposure to AI-powered creative tools like VEO2, Runway, Midjourney, or DALL•E.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, motion, and visual narrative.
  • Experience producing digital-first videos (social reels, ad creatives, product demos, brand videos).
  • Familiarity with performance marketing creative requirements (formats, hooks, durations).
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to balance creativity, quality, and speed.
