Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

4-6 Years of proven work experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Understanding of visual design principles, best practices, and branding guidelines.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Write script, create video content with animation and effects, provide background music and voiceover with a voice artist.

Assist creating/editing user guides, knowledge articles, policy documents.

Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos.

Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.

Collaborate with the business teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.

Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective.
