Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video & Audio - Creative Strategist, based in Bengaluru. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for overseeing and developing creative strategies for video and audio content. Daily tasks include designing creative concepts, developing brand strategies, conducting research to enhance content effectiveness, and providing creative direction to align with company goals. Collaboration with teams to deliver engaging content across platforms is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in video editing (1+ years)
• Experience with professional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Proficiency in using AI tools for audio & editing software (like SUNO/ElevenLabs & Audition, Logic Pro, or Fairlight in DaVinci Resolve)
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Blender)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good writing and communication skills, Hindi/English bilingual preferred
• Strong interest in children’s storytelling, learning, values and culture is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications or a related field
