Vice Principal (Nursing)

Instruct in classroom and supervise clinically nursing program courses for Associate and Baccalaureate degree programs.

Design curriculum in collaboration with department chair for both Nursing Associate degree and Baccalaureate programs.

Organize and collaborate with Student Affairs to mentor students in student activities and clubs.

Organize and provide an educational experience leading to student credentials and gains in nursing positions employment.

Contribute to recruitment and retention of nursing students.

Participate in activities related to nursing accreditation process.

Develop and maintain relations with health care agencies.

Implement College’s philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes and course objectives through classroom and clinical teaching.

Participate in service to college, community, health system and profession to impart subject matter to nursing students.

Develop teaching innovations in annual preparation and revision of all assigned courses.

Participate in academic advisement and counsel assigned group of students while participating in potential assessment and real counseling concerns.

Plan clinical experiences and provide supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to group of individuals.

Supervise and evaluate clinical preceptors utilized in student clinical experiences.

Evaluate and record student’s feedback level of performance based on course objectives.

Assist with remediation of students as required and needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹34,500.00 - ₹60,260.00 per month
