Serve as a role model of ethical and professional behavior for students during clinical duties. Qualifications & Requirements B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the State Nursing Council. Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or clinical experience (preferably both). Excellent knowledge of nursing subjects and clinical practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Ability to balance academic and clinical responsibilities efficiently.
