Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school’s branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring academic excellence, handling admissions, and maintaining discipline while fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth functioning of the school’s daily operations.
• Manage and guide teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure quality education and discipline.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
• Maintain communication with parents, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
• Organize events, extracurricular activities, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Represent the school in meetings and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school management or administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple departments efficiently.
• Proficiency in using technology for administration and reporting.
