Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Chennai. The Vice Principal will oversee daily school operations, support the Principal in implementing educational programs, manage staff and student activities, and enforce school policies. Additionally, the Vice Principal will engage with parents, address concerns, and contribute to creating a safe and conducive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational administration and leadership skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff and student activities effectively
• Proficiency in enforcing school policies
• Experience in handling parent interactions and addressing concerns
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with international curriculum is a plus
