Vice President/Sr General Manager - Operations

Rajsriya group involved in Engineering of a wide range of assemblies covering four wheelers, two wheelers and Tractors. We have a dedicated team of qualified Managers/ Engineers in Design, Methods, PPC and Administration. We have multi units at Hosur, Chennai, Mysore & Himachal Pradesh.

Currently, we are looking for candidates who has rich experience in Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Powder Coating from Automobile Industry

Job involves :

1) Lead manufacturing operations for automotive components, ensuring efficient production planning, quality control & cost optimization.
2) Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the plant operations, process efficiency & SCM3) Heading and adhering to TPM & TQM practices

4) Responsible for PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale)

5) Experience - 25 to 30 years

6) Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical

PG: M.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical

PG - not mandatory

7) Work Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu
