Vice President - WRB Finance

Role Overview: You will be part of the Business Performance Operations (BPO) finance function supporting the Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) business, which has a global footprint with annual revenue exceeding USD 7bn and serving over 11 million clients in rapidly growing markets. As a key leadership role within BPO, you will work closely with Business Heads on Performance Management, executing strategic actions in line with the Bank's priorities and building high-performance Business Finance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business performance aligned with strategic priorities - Develop a skilled team focused on excellence and global standard service offerings - Provide standard Performance Management Information (MI) and deep dive analytics for business performance - Partner with Business and CFO teams to manage Country Performance through agreed metrics - Own the FP&A process, implementing best practices in Performance Management, Forecasting, and Business Analytics - Drive continuous process improvement for efficiency and control in FP&A activities - Lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve their potential and deliver collective agendas - Enhance organizational culture and employee engagement through targeted actions - Employ, engage, and retain high-quality talent with succession planning for critical roles - Manage operational risks, minimizing losses and audit failures while identifying and managing forward-looking risks - Build and review Governance framework around Standard MI, internal controls, and policy adherence - Demonstrate exemplary conduct and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the Group Code of Conduct - Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Country Business Head, CFOs, Group WRB teams, and Finance Operations and Transformation Qualifications: - MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Financial Planning & Analytics area.,
