As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves leading applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure the integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements. Your responsibilities will include resolving high-impact problems/projects, providing expertise in applications programming, and developing standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with management teams for integration of functions and system enhancements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with the architecture blueprint - Develop knowledge of business areas to accomplish goals - Perform in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions - Advise and allocate work to mid-level developers and analysts - Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 13+ years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Business analysis and techno-functional skills - Prior Finance Industry experience with strong SQL knowledge - Hands-on scripting experience and application development experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in English - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming - Good knowledge in Data experience - Project management skills and leadership experience - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of your responsibilities.
