Vice President Sales and Diagnostics

As a Vice President Sales & Diagnostics at one of India's fastest-growing online healthcare service aggregators based in Jaipur, you will have the opportunity to lead our sales and business development function in the healthcare sector. Your role will involve: - Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets. - Developing and executing sales strategies to expand business partnerships with labs, doctors, and healthcare centers. - Identifying new business opportunities and driving customer acquisition. - Conducting regular meetings with healthcare professionals and diagnostic partners. - Managing contracts, negotiations, and long-term business relationships. - Monitoring sales performance, creating reports, and sharing insights with leadership. - Ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Experience: 5-10 years in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Healthcare/Diagnostics). - Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, business development, and negotiation. - Languages: Proficiency in English (written & verbal). - Willingness to travel as needed.
