Job Description

Position: VP US Healthcare RCM

Vice President (VP)

Required Experience:

Minimum
18 years of overall experience
in US Healthcare RCM.
Must have
at least 1 year of experience as VP
(on paper)
OR
Must have
2.5 years of experience as AVP
(on paper)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across large-scale RCM operations.
Drive efficiency, transformation initiatives, and business growth.
Ensure client satisfaction, high service quality, and compliance.
Lead senior leadership teams and oversee performance delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise across all RCM functions and processes.
Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
