Vice President, Quality Assurance and Testing I We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Quality Assurance and Testing I to join our Global Clearing team. This role is in Chennai, TN - Hybrid. In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Work with members of the automated testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into automated test cases. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues. Develop and execute performance tests to ensure applications can handle expected load and stress. Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in automated testing and quality assurance. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in automated testing. Participate in the development of testing strategies, processes, and standards. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team and contribute to the development of technical solutions. To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 9-15 years of experience in a systems quality environment preferred. Proficiency in automated testing Frameworks (e.g. Selenium/Cucumber). Experience with Java programming languages Knowledge of SQL queries with Relational databases Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Scrum methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
