**Role Overview:** As a Quality Assurance Manager for Financial Risk Audit, Vice President at the company based in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in examining and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of Internal Audit activities in financial risk audit. Your responsibilities will include leading projects independently, collaborating with team members, and ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute Quality Assurance reviews of Internal Audit projects to challenge the scope and conclusions, assess adherence to audit methodology, IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, and best practices. - Provide quality assurance of regulatory remediation validation in financial risk audit area. - Assess compliance of global Audit practices with applicable regulations and monitor changes to industry and regulatory requirements. - Assist in developing the quality assurance and improvement program to align with industry best practices. - Lead targeted QA reviews of audit department's work, develop training based on quality reviews, and manage relationships with Audit senior stakeholders. - Partner with Audit teams to advise on best practices, collaborate for data-driven continuous monitoring, and provide ongoing performance analyses. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of internal audit experience in a complex financial services environment. - Relevant qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or global equivalents. - Excellent understanding of audit practices, methodology, and IIA professional standards. - Experience in financial risk related regulatory findings validation or quality assurance. - Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work within a global team. - Experience with regulations related to Finance, Liquidity, Treasury, Capital Management, and Credit Risk. **About the Company:** State Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers, and asset intelligence companies in the world.
