As an Applications Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to establish and implement new application systems and programs. Your role will involve providing technical oversight, reviewing proposed technical solutions, and contributing to the formulation of development strategies. You will also play a key role in ensuring business goals are met and in monitoring the delivery of end results. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Applications Development teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties - Utilize in-depth knowledge across multiple development areas for technical oversight - Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects - Contribute to the formulation of development strategies - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data - Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results and participate in budget management - Ensure essential procedures are followed and define standards Qualifications: - Technical Lead experience in managing regional/global applications - Proficiency in concept models, design, and system architectures - Experience in code reviews, test case reviews, and ensuring code meets requirements - Expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery - People management skills to mentor and coach team members - 12+ years of experience in .Net framework with event-driven architecture, design, and development skills - Experience in building Microservices-based applications using .Net Core - Familiarity with SQL/relational databases, Kafka, Reporting Tools - Exposure to cloud technology for building and deploying applications - Experience in debugging bulk data transmission over various protocols - Knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies for deploying applications on the cloud - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience in Object-Oriented Development and modern data governance practices The above qualifications are a high-level overview of the skills required for the role.
