The premium electric fleet provides eco-friendly and carbon-neutral rides with features such as recliner AC seating, charging docks, and real-time tracking for a smarter, greener, and more enjoyable travel experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design dynamic pricing models considering demand, customer behavior, and market conditions. - Implement pricing strategies and enhance performance through A/B testing and tracking. - Develop and optimize scheduling algorithms for bus services to meet demand and enhance profitability. - Work closely with tech and operations teams for demand forecasting and efficient fleet deployment. - Take charge of leading and mentoring a team of pricing and scheduling analysts. **Qualifications:** - You should have 10-12 years of experience in pricing strategy, product analytics, and revenue optimization. - Proficiency in dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and scheduling within B2C industries is essential. - Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau are required. - Previous experience in high-growth, data-driven environments is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are a must.
