- Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and career development for a large, multidisciplinary team of Infor WMS professionals
- Drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, accountability, and client-centricity
- Oversee resource management, capacity planning, and talent acquisition to build and scale a world-class delivery team
- Act as a key member of the global PS leadership team, contributing to worldwide strategy and operations
2. Client Delivery & Project Excellence: 
- Ensure the successful, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of all Infor WMS projects (cloud and on-premise) managed from the Bangalore center
- Serve as an executive escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain client satisfaction and trust
- Implement and enforce standardized project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid) and delivery frameworks
- Monitor project portfolios, ensuring strict adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and profitability targets (PS margins)
3. Business Growth & Strategy: 
- Partner with the global sales and pre-sales teams to shape solutions, provide estimates, and review statements of work (SOWs) for new Infor WMS opportunities
- Identify and champion opportunities for offering expansion, including managed services, application management, and post-go-live optimization packages
- Build and maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Contribute to the overall growth and P&L of the global Professional Services organization
4. Operational Excellence & Innovation: 
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivery center, including utilization rates, project profitability, client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and delivery quality
- Drive the development and refinement of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce implementation cycles
- Champion the adoption of new Infor WMS features, technologies, and implementation tools within the team
- Manage the center's operational budget, forecasting, and financial performance
5. Practice Development: 
- Oversee the continuous development of the team's skills on the Infor WMS suite (e.g., Infor WMS, Supply Chain Execution, etc.) and adjacent technologies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Infor counterparts to stay ahead of product roadmaps and leverage partner resources effectively
- Establish the Bangalore center as a global Center of Excellence (CoE) for Infor WMS delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in IT professional services or consulting, with a significant portion focused on supply chain and WMS solutions
- 10+ years of proven leadership experience, managing large (50+), geographically dispersed teams in a delivery center or GCC environment
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Infor WMS (formerly Infor Supply Chain Execution) is non-negotiable. Expertise in other Infor SCE products is a strong plus
- Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar P&L and delivering on financial targets for a consulting or services organization
- Extensive experience in managing complex, full-lifecycle ERP/WMS implementation projects for large, global enterprises
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, warehouse operations, and distribution center management
- Excellent executive presence, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
