Infor WMS Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Infor WMS Technical Consultant with 3-8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Infor WMS solutions for our clients. As we continue to expand our team, we seek individuals who are comfortable with travel commitments and have a strong technical background.

What you'll do

• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Assist the implementation of

  Infor WMS

  for clients, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Customize and configure Infor WMS modules based on customer needs and business processes.
• Develop and implement custom scripts or enhancements to extend the systems functionality.
• Ensure smooth integration of

  Infor WMS

  with other business systems (ERP, TMS, etc.) using appropriate integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of the system post-implementation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Create and maintain user documentation for system functionality and processes.
• Lead the testing of system changes, upgrades, or customizations to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Develop test cases and perform system validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, changes, and issues.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 10-20% of the time) for technical consulting and support.
• Provide training and troubleshoot issues on-site.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years

  of hands-on experience working with

  Infor WMS

  or similar warehouse management systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in system integration, customizations, and troubleshooting within Infor WMS.
• Proficient in SQL, scripting, and integration tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with

  Infor ION

  and other Infor platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of

  cloud-based WMS solutions

  is a plus
