Vice President of Integration & Strategic Partnerships

As the Vice President of Integration & Strategic Partnerships at Draup, you will be responsible for leading technology integration and partner ecosystem initiatives. Your role will involve driving product integrations with strategic partners, shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated solutions to customers. This leadership position requires close collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams, as well as executive stakeholders at partner and customer organizations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with technology platforms, consulting companies, and Global System Integrators. - Define and execute joint GTM strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and adoption. - Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including integration roadmaps and commercial terms. - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product and API integrations, from design to deployment. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver integration projects aligned with market needs. - Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them design and implement integrated solutions using the platform and partner technologies. - Align internal teams around integration priorities and partner initiatives. - Represent the voice of the partner and the customer in internal product discussions and roadmap planning. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology services, with expertise in partnerships, product integrations, or solution architecture. - Proven track record of owning partner integrations and GTM success in high-growth environments. - Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers and product managers. - Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Experience negotiating and managing strategic alliances or partnerships. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
