Vice President Of Engineering

Role Overview: As a Vice President of Engineering at HyperChem, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee all engineering activities at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. You will be in charge of designing, developing, and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure the production of ultra-pure, semiconductor-grade chemicals with the highest standards of purity. Your role will involve managing a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our position as a leader in the global semiconductor industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in chemical manufacturing - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and maintain high-quality standards - Utilize engineering software and tools to support semiconductor-grade chemical production Qualification Required: - Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, strategic planning, and project management - Expertise in chemical engineering, process optimization, and specialty chemical production - Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in chemical manufacturing - Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies - Proficiency in engineering software and tools, with a strong understanding of semiconductor-grade chemical production - Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Educational Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or related field - Previous experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is highly desirable,
