Vice President of Business Management

As a Vice President in Business Management, you will play a crucial role in defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing new business strategies, strategic initiatives, or platforms, and aligning department and support groups (Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance). - Optimizing "bottom line" business performance by driving key initiatives such as fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization. - Identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks related to legal, tax, regulatory, capacity issues, and transaction costs. - Analyzing financial performance, identifying productivity initiatives, and driving their implementation. - Collaborating with business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and implement related technology and infrastructure projects. - Partnering with external service/infrastructure providers and representing the business in internal/external working groups. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Previous product knowledge and/or experience in Business Management or COO roles. - Energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. - Strong communication skills to present well to senior and global business heads. - Ability to forge strong internal relationships across various functions. - Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently. - Preferred qualifications include defining and delivering a strategic agenda, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and attention to detail.,
