About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact transformation programs with strategic clients. This role carries accountability not only for delivering disruptive digital outcomes but also for achieving significant revenue and growth targets. You will orchestrate a complex global operating ecosystem into a seamless engine for innovation, scale, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver transformative outcomes by leveraging data, digital technologies, and emerging innovations to unlock business value.
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps that embed analytics, automation, and digital capabilities across organizations.
- Partner with global teams to identify opportunities to modernize operations and enhance customer experience.
- Architect scalable, tech-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, drive innovation, and integrate seamlessly into client operations.
- Evangelize the digital value proposition across stakeholders and lead execution with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Provide strategic consulting and lead assessments, analytics initiatives, and transformation engagements.
- Oversee execution of analytics and digital projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, serving as a thought leader internally and externally.
- Drive cultural and organizational change, facilitating adoption of digital and analytics tools through effective change management.
- Expand digital offerings in collaboration with existing operations teams to deepen client relationships and open new revenue streams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Postgraduate / MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred).
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across 23 industry verticals.
- Deep understanding of cloud, AI/ML, automation, data analytics, and experience-led digital programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps.
- Experience working closely with senior operations and sales leaders to co-create digital and analytics solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in translating complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; adept at presenting to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) environments and familiarity with core service lines (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Banking, or Insurance operations).
- Ability to thrive in multicultural, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
