Vice President, Information Solutions Operations

You will be joining the Operations team in the Information Solutions department as the Vice President at Oaktree. Your main responsibilities will include global legal entity management and overseeing the firms Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) disclosures to counterparties. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Managing firmwide legal entity management system and related processes, including entity formation, drafting legal documents, and structure charts. - Providing operational oversight of the Entities and KYC/AML global teams. - Liaising with Tax, Compliance, Legal, Fund Accounting, and other senior stakeholders on Legal Entity and KYC matters. - Understanding key corporate and fund structures and governance relevant to entity onboarding and KYC disclosures. - Ensuring delivery of high-quality KYC packages in adherence to counterpartys policies and procedures. - Identifying and managing risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation, and driving the resolution process. - Collaborating with internal and external departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to enhance processes, data, and technology. - Producing and managing operational deliverables and communications to stakeholders. - Upleveling data management operations for efficiency and scalability. - Working on other special projects and firm-wide initiatives as directed by management. Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Entity Management operations. - Familiarity with private investment funds and/or complex legal structures. - Global KYC/AML experience preferred. - Strong managerial skillset with experience in team management. - Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different seniority levels. - Strong working knowledge of core Microsoft applications. - Experience leveraging data & technology for process efficiencies and risk mitigation. Your personal attributes should include outstanding organization skills, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility with a team-oriented approach.
