Vice President - IFSC - GiftCity (Wealth & Trading Background)

You are a dynamic and strategic CEO being sought to lead an IFSCA-regulated subsidiary based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The entity, already operational and in sync with India's evolving international financial ecosystem, requires your expertise to drive business growth, develop a high-performance team, and ensure seamless compliance with IFSCA guidelines. Your active engagement with major international financial platforms is vital for the success of this role. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding the IFSCA-regulated business with a sharp focus on innovation and scalability, as well as building and overseeing impactful teams in compliance, operations, technology, and sales. You will be expected to enhance connections with crucial ecosystem players such as NSE IX, BSE IFSC, SGX, and other global platforms. Designing and executing a strategic business development roadmap in line with global financial trends is key, along with maintaining full compliance with IFSCA regulations and upholding strong governance and control frameworks. Furthermore, you will need to identify opportunities in cross-border capital markets and develop competencies in trading, wealth management, and institutional services. Acting as the organization's representative in regulatory, institutional, and industry forums will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 12-20 years of senior leadership experience in financial services or capital markets. Previous involvement with IFSCA entities or leadership roles in platforms like NSE IX, BSE IFSC, SGX, ADGM, or DFSA is highly preferred. A solid grasp of market infrastructure, trading operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-border capital flows is essential. Demonstrated capabilities in team building, business scaling, and stakeholder management are crucial for success. Your qualifications should include a CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent degree. Additionally, certifications in capital markets, compliance, or financial law would be advantageous for this role.,
