Job Description

As a Vice President of Talent Development at KKR, your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and institutionalize talent development strategies that align with the high-performance culture of the organization. You will focus on learning and leadership development, manager enablement, succession planning, and talent engagement for a diverse and high-caliber workforce across Business Operations, Technology, and Corporate Services. This full-time role will be based in our Gurugram office, following a 4-day in-office and 1-day flexible work arrangement. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy tailored to address business needs, build critical capabilities, support leadership readiness, and foster a high-performance culture. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development interventions, collaborate with global and local HCBPs to identify training needs, and manage vendor relationships. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and scaling leadership programs across various career stages, partnering with team members to curate learning pathways, and creating learning journeys for people managers. You will also engage with stakeholders globally and locally to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide programs with the India context, facilitate training workshops, and build strong relationships with business leaders to embed learning as a core talent lever. In terms of measurement and governance, you will define and track KPIs for all learning interventions, communicate program impact and participation insights, and leverage data to evolve strategies. Compliance with internal governance frameworks and vendor evaluation processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of HR experience with 5-7 years specifically in Learning & Development/Instructional design, focusing on leadership development and enterprise learning strategies. Experience with learning technologies, familiarity with Workday Learning, and exposure to professional services, financial services, or global capability centers will be beneficial. An MBA or Master's in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education Technology, or related fields is desirable. Your competencies should include strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, high emotional intelligence, analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, self-driven and entrepreneurial spirit, and proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,
