Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis & Revenue Assurance

You are looking for a Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Revenue Assurance with qualifications such as MBA, CA, or CWA. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in a similar role. The position is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance Partnering, Financial & Internal Controls, Strategic Planning & Leadership, Financial Modelling, Business & Finance Reengineering, Product Pricing & Cost Control, as well as Automation, MIS & Budgeting. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting monthly financial performance reports to executive leadership and investors, preparing quarterly Board Decks summarizing financial performance, analyzing client revenue movements, conducting utilization analysis, preparing annual operating and capex budgets, leading projects for cost and margin improvements, and generating ad-hoc reports as needed. Furthermore, you will lead the global revenue assurance function, prepare backlog reports, ensure timely revenue closure, review MSAs and advise on risk factors in client proposals, manage performance dashboards, and conduct meetings with business and sales leaders for revenue forecasting. Additionally, you will drive automation and transformation initiatives across finance functions, review process flows, suggest improvements, and drive Six Sigma projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 18 years of experience in FP&A, revenue assurance, and business finance roles, with proven leadership skills in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering. Overall, you should possess expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, revenue assurance, compliance (US GAAP/Ind AS), and process transformation, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes is also essential for this role.,
