Vice President - Engineering

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Zenoti, you will be responsible for leading Zenoti's engineering team to evolve Zenoti products that consumers use, including websites and mobile apps for online booking and connecting with businesses. Your role will involve managing the technical and architectural evolution of Zenoti consumer-facing products and apps, executing on the product strategy and roadmap, building a strong engineering team, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects efficiently. You will be working closely with product management to bring transparency to the process and ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with product management to execute on the product strategy and roadmap - Manage the technical and architectural evolution of Zenoti consumer-facing products and apps - Manage the execution of building the product, releasing it to customers, and managing the service in the cloud - Build up a strong engineering team to execute on the product roadmap - Recognize and reward employees to ensure they are unblocked to deliver on the roadmap - Ensure all engineering projects and initiatives are completed efficiently - Obsess about the quality of the work produced and be proud of the work done **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience in software development in product companies - Strong track record of shipping products - Strong background in web products and/or mobile apps for consumers - Deep expertise in Architecture, Design, and Development in Microsoft Technology Stack - Very strong background in building UX for consumers - Experience managing an engineering team through multiple product cycles - Worked on products that have had to deal with significant scale in production - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment Join Zenoti's team to do the best work of your career and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company in the beauty and wellness industry.,
