Job Description

Hiring For Leading MNC

Manage, mentor, and grow the Trading Support teams
Be the key contact for the trading desk in addressing and resolving operational challenges swiftly.
Identify and resolve trading-related issues, including trade breaks, booking errors, and system discrepancies.
Review and streamline workflows on a continuous basis to increase efficiency and minimize operational risk
Monitor and manage operational risks related to trading activities.

Desired Profile

10+ years of experience in trading support, operations, or a related area within an investment bank.
Knowledge of Equities and Derivatives trading.
Proven VP-level leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and post-trade processes.
