Vice President Collections

The role requires you to develop and administrate business for single or multiple clients with a deployment of resources spanning over a large team of 300+ FTEs. You will be responsible for developing and driving strategies and programs to enhance the competitive position and profitability of the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving the management capabilities and business acumen of your team members, ensuring a well-rounded team competency. Your responsibilities will also include innovating and implementing strategies for dialer, skip tracing, and performance improvement. You will be expected to identify and address root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality by utilizing internal resources effectively. Your strong skills in persuasion and negotiation will be essential in building trust, confidence, and consensus within the team. As part of the leadership team, you will participate in business meetings and represent the business unit to clients. Ensuring that the assigned portfolio meets performance benchmarks is a crucial aspect of this role. Collaboration with executive leadership to align with company goals, provide expertise, and offer guidance on operational projects and systems is also required. Compliance with company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements is paramount in this role. **Desired Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head of Operations/Vice President - Operations - Over 15 years of experience in the International BPO industry - Experience in 1st/3rd Party Healthcare Collections - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to organize and manage human resources effectively - Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software **Preferred Qualification:** Any Graduate ,
