Vice President Collections

As a Head of Operations/Vice President - Operations, your role will involve developing and administrating single or multiple clients' business with a deployment of resources covering a large span of 300+ FTEs. You will be responsible for driving strategies and programs to improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and driving dialer, skip tracing, performance improvement plans, and strategies - Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality - Ensuring full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements - Participating in business leadership meetings and representing the business unit to clients - Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems - Ensuring that the assigned portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks Your qualifications should include: - 3 years of experience as Head of Operations/Vice President - Operations - 15+ years of experience in the International BPO business - Experience in 1st/3rd Party Healthcare Collections - Demonstrated leadership capabilities in organizing and managing human resources to attain goals - Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Preferred Qualification: Any Graduate Please note that the desired skills and qualifications mentioned are essential for this role.
