Role & responsibilities

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to lead our CDD Onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in client onboarding, KYC, due diligence, and risk management within a large international banking environment. This role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage high-performance teams during UK/US shifts to support our global client base.

Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CDD/Onboarding analysts and managers handling high-risk and complex client onboarding for the UK/US regions.
CDD/KYC Strategy:
Design and implement effective client due diligence frameworks, ensuring alignment with global AML/CFT standards, local regulations (UK, US, EU), and internal policies.
Client Onboarding Oversight:
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of new clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.

Preferred candidate profile

1318 years of relevant experience in CDD, KYC, AML, or client onboarding within a global bank or large financial institution.
Proven experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
