Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI/GenAI strategy and roadmap for corporate and support functions.
• Align AI initiatives with organizational transformation priorities to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Team Building & Talent Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Provide professional development, performance feedback, and career growth opportunities for team members.
• Solution Design & Project Delivery
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable AI solutions across HR, Finance, IT, Administration, and other functions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects with accountability for timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Drive Agile and DevOps practices to ensure faster and reliable delivery.
• Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement
• Collaborate with transformation leaders, BU heads, functional heads, and business owners to drive adoption of AI.
• Develop and execute communication and change management plans, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a strategic advisor and challenger to continuously enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Uphold compliance with risk protocols, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and industry standards.
• Implement robust data security practices to protect sensitive organizational information.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Define and track KPIs to quantify benefits delivered by AI initiatives.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, ensuring solutions deliver sustainable value.
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and adaptability.
• Capability Building & Innovation
• Upskill transformation and functional teams on AI, no-code/low-code automation, and modular AI solutions.
• Establish a network of AI champions/evangelists across the organization to accelerate adoption.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/GenAI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovation remains a competitive advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Computing Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML/Data Science highly desirable.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
