Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Coding: Use AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering with models like GPT or similar) to generate, refine, and deploy code for growth automation, content pipelines, and custom playbooks. Translate high-level intents into clear prompts and assess/refine AI-generated outputs for quality and efficiency.
• Product Thinking and Execution: Design and ship AI-powered features that solve real business problems, such as automating video scripts, reels, or operational workflows. Focus on fast iteration, rewriting code instinctively, and ensuring solutions ship quickly while maintaining high standards.
• UX and Integration: Incorporate user experience principles to build intuitive, cohesive tools. Collaborate with AI to orchestrate code for cloud-native applications, ensuring seamless integration with no-code platforms and Yanisa's growth systems.
• Innovation and Side Projects: Develop prototypes, custom solutions, and AI automations that enhance client productivity. Monitor and analyze performance to iterate content and tools for better growth outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support Yanisa's services, such as building AI for personal brand growth or operational dashboards, while maintaining transparency and ROI focus.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, or similar for prompt-based development). Experience with languages like Python, JavaScript, or frameworks relevant to AI integration. Familiarity with no-code platforms and cloud services.
• Experience: Prior roles in software engineering, prompt engineering, or AI development. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with AI for efficient coding.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, quick learning, and a bias for action. Experience in growth hacking or content automation is a plus, aligning with Yanisa's focus.
• Portfolio: Must have demos, side projects, or gigs showcasing AI-assisted coding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
