VG ERP Admin

. Master Data Management

• Create and maintain master records in VG ERP:
• Item Code, Color, Size Series, Season, HSN Code
• Attach relevant master data to product descriptions accurately

2. Style Data Bank Maintenance

• Manage style numbering and style data updates in VG system

3. Export Order Entry

• Enter export orders in VG as per buyer details
• Ensure accuracy in order quantities, product specifications, and delivery timelines

4. Production & Purchase Processes

• Create:
• Fabric Purchase Orders
• Production Orders (Cut to Stitch, Embroidery, and Packing stages)
• Track and monitor execution through various stages

5. Material Inward Entries

• Perform and verify inward entries for:
• Fabrics
• Garments
• Accessories

6. Bill Entry

• Enter and validate bills in VG for:
• Fabrics
• Accessories
• Finished Garments

7. Inventory and QC Management

• Handle fabric inward processes from suppliers and processors
• Perform QC entries
• Issue fabrics to processors and ensure proper bill entry

8. Accessory Bill Processing

• Manage accessory-related bill entries with accuracy

9. TSC Certificate Documentation

• Handle production order and inward documentation in Word
• Incorporate merchandiser’s feedback and finalize PDF versions for submission

10. Data Maintenance & Corrections

• Change garment style or color via:
• Admin Tab > Tools > Change Style Color
• Change fabric/accessory item color/size after confirming no inward has been done:
• Use EO Wise Material Summary Report to check inward status
• If inward is done, delete it before making changes

11. Post-Shipment Checks

• Verify shipment status
• Collect and share OCR (Order Completion Report) with respective teams

12. Monthly Reporting

• Prepare and share monthly fabric stock statement with Uni Sir (Accounts)

13. Issue Resolution

• Liaise with OPTIMAL (OIPL) team for any system-related issues in VG ERP
• Ensure timely resolution and process documentation

B. SAP Responsibilities1. Item Description Creation

• Create and manage item master descriptions in SAP accurately

2. Purchase Cycle

• Create purchase orders and manage Goods Receipt entries in SAP

3. Sales Order Entry

• Enter and manage Sales Orders as per process

4. VNFF Order Handling

• For VNFF orders, ensure complete process flow is executed:
• Bill of Material (BOM) creation
• Production Order entry
• Fabric Issue and tracking
• Report Completion and system updates

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in VG ERP and SAP
• Experience in Visualgems software in garments( MUST)
• Strong understanding of order processing, production workflow, and inventory control
• Ability to coordinate across departments (Merchandising, Accounts, Production)
• Detail-oriented and strong documentation skills
• Excel proficiency and reporting ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
