We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer to lead the design and development of our Apparel fabrics division . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile design, with a focus on creating innovative and market-relevant patterns, textures, and fabric compositions for men’s and women’s shirting/bottoms. We specialize in high-end decorative home fabrics as well as apparel fabrics (mainly ), garments and scarves. We supply to renowned domestic and international brands such as Zara Home, Bestseller, Ralph Lauren, etc. Website: Role Overview We are seeking a Fabric Designer to focus on woven, textured, and structural fabric development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for yarns, construction, and fabric feel — who can translate aesthetic direction into commercial fabric designs for both domestic and export markets. The ideal candidate will support the merchandising team by coordinating and managing various aspects of our fabric products. Responsibilities: Draft and send emails to customers regarding orders. Follow up with the factory on bulk orders and samples to ensure timely production and delivery. Maintain accurate and organized records of all samples and orders. Enter relevant data into the SAP system with precision and attention to detail. Make stickers for sampling, ensuring all samples are correctly labeled. Perform other tasks assigned by senior. Education & Experience: Graduate from sasmira’s institute of man-made textiles or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll. Maintain records of employee hours, leaves, and attendance for wage calculations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, etc.). Labor Management: Manage labor relations and ensure a healthy working environment. Handle grievance resolution and conflict management within the workforce. Coordinate with contractors for labor supply as per production requirements. Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to brand compliance requirements, including worker safety, working conditions, and documentation.
