Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced VFX Mentor who can train and guide students in advanced Visual Effects and industry-standard workflows. The ideal candidate must have strong command over Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, and other VFX software, with practical experience in both studio production and teaching. The mentor should be ready to take on advanced VFX challenges, manage student batches, and deliver industry-ready training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions and practical training on VFX subjects including compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, paint/cleanup, and CG integration.
• Train students in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, and others.
• Mentor students in developing high-quality showreels and portfolios aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor student progress, conduct periodic learning reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Organize and manage student batches, ensuring classes are delivered on time with updated content.
• Stay updated with the latest VFX trends, techniques, and software upgrades to keep training modules industry-relevant.
• Support students in projects, workshops, competitions, and industry-interaction activities.
• Maintain strong student engagement, discipline, and ensure delivery of industry-updated outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Compositing, Rotoscoping, Tracking, Paint, Cleanup, and CG Integration.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, and other major VFX tools.
• Prior experience in both studio production and teaching/training is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to take on advanced VFX challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Preferred Experience

• 3–7 years of professional work experience in VFX production and/or academic training.
• Worked on films, OTT platforms, gaming, advertising, or TV projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard VFX pipelines in production houses or post-production studios.
