Job Title: Veterinary Medicine Sales Manager. Department: Sales Location: Gorakhpur (U.P) & Muzaffarpur (Bihar) Position : Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Industry : Veterinary Medicine / Veterinary Pharma Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To onboard dealers & farmer on Prraniganga platform & promote and sell veterinary medicines, supplements & animal feeds farmers, distributors, and livestock owners, ensuring consistent revenue generation and customer satisfaction through field visits, product education, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Promote Prraniganga platform to farmers & dealers & onboard them. Promote and sell veterinary medicines,supplements & feeds (poultry, cattle, or aqua) to existing and prospective clients. Build strong relationships with veterinarians, livestock farmers, poultry integrators, and dealers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct field visits, farm demos, and technical presentations to explain product benefits. Provide accurate information on dosage, application methods, precautions, and storage. Collect feedback from the field and report competitor activities. Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collection. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and farmer/vet meetings. Submit daily call reports, sales summaries, and monthly forecasts. Coordinate with logistics, technical services, and marketing teams for customer support. Key Skills Required: Strong experience in animal health and veterinary pharmaceutical products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and target-oriented attitude. Ability to travel extensively. Time management and reporting skills. Qualifications: B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. (preferred) or B.Sc. (Agri/Bio) with sales experience in animal health products. 6-12 years of experience in veterinary medicine sales(poultry/cattle) from Pharma / Feed background is mandatory. Experience of working in local territory and key customers in the veterinary field. Preferred Experience: Experience in poultry, dairy, or livestock segment.
