Veterinarian

Job Description: You will be working as a full-time Night Veterinarian on-site at YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to provide medical care to abandoned, injured, or ill-treated homeless animals. Additionally, you will conduct behavioral rehabilitation and ensure the overall wellness of animals in the shelter. Key Responsibilities: - Provide medical care to abandoned, injured, or ill-treated homeless animals - Conduct behavioral rehabilitation for animals in need - Ensure the wellness and well-being of animals in the shelter - Utilize surgical skills and experience when necessary - Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards animals - Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment - Utilize your knowledge of animal welfare and behavioral rehabilitation - Previous experience working with rescued or shelter animals is a plus Qualifications: - Veterinary Medical Skills and Experience - Animal Welfare and Behavioral Rehabilitation knowledge - Surgical Skills and Experience - Compassion and Empathy towards animals - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree or equivalent,
