About the Role
Educate CSRs on Telecom brand core values; Build Telecom brand recognition by successfully promoting why Telecom is the brand of choice; and Provide subject matter expertise, energy and excitement around new products, pricing, promotions, incentives and other initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Raise brand awareness and knowledge
  • Increase performance
  • Enhance the CSR experience
  • Educate CSRs on Telecom brand core values
  • Build Telecom brand recognition
  • Provide subject matter expertise on new products, pricing, promotions, and incentives
Qualifications
  • Total Experience: 3-10 years
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to educate and engage
  • Knowledge of Telecom brand values
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in brand promotion
  • Familiarity with CSR initiatives
