We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing sales team as Clear Aligner Sales Representatives in Mengaluru . This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for sales and a desire to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their dream smiles. This role requires regular visits to dental clinics to generate leads and build relationships. Whether you are a recent graduate or have some initial sales experience, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Role & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Actively generate leads by visiting dental clinics, networking with dentists and staff, and building strong professional relationships. Identify and qualify potential customers through various other channels (e.g., online marketing leads, referrals, community outreach). Dental Clinic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics to ensure a consistent flow of referrals. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our clear aligner products, their benefits, and the treatment process. Be able to confidently explain these to potential customers and dental professionals. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, including handling objections and negotiating pricing. Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with potential patients throughout the sales process and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build relationships. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and patient needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications: D. Pharma, B. Pharma , or any other relevant degree preferred. Other degrees considered with relevant sales experience. 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or related industry. Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply. Must be comfortable with regular travel to dental clinics within Mangalore/Udupi Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
