Roles & Responsibilities: Research and shortlist suitable venues based on client/event requirements (capacity, location, ambiance, amenities, budget). Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions with venue partners to secure the best deals. Maintain a database of venue options across cities/regions. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, event planning) for smooth event execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and vendors. Track industry trends and suggest new venues or unique locations. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or client concerns related to venues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field. 13 years of experience in venue sourcing, event management, or vendor coordination. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Event management tools. Experience: Minimum 6 months required.
